Biography

Paolo Noël is a quebecois singer born in Montréal in 1929. During the '60s he becomes successful with albums like Le bateau de Tahiti, La valse de nos 20 ans, Un souvenir, Ce soir je veux t'aimer, Catherina, Savoir aimer and Le temps des guitares. He gets involved in television, as host of a shows called Toast et café (with Dominique Michel) and Le music-hall des jeunes. The '70s are also a very important period of the artist, as his popularity rises due to titles like Paulette, T'as Donc Des Beaux Be-Bop and the French version of the American classic rock'n'roll hit Flip Flop and Fly.
