Biography

Michel Lamothe is a musician from Saint-Hyacinthe, Qc (Canada). He is the son of the famous country singer and actor Willie Lamothe. in 1948, as a celebration of the birth of his son, Michel, Willie Lamothe writes the song "Allo, allo petit Michel", which becomes a huge hit. In 2000 Michel Lamothe produces a double compilation of his father's songs, called "Willie Lamothe et fils". Michel Lamothe was part of a couple of bands with the Boulet brothers (Denis et Gerry) in the '60s and also the Les Gants Blancs.
