Biography

LES BEL-AIR The band made its mark in 1965 on the TV show Jeunesse d'aujourd'hui (CFTM-10). Jean Beaulne from Les Baronets, offers them a record deal. Their first single "Tant de chose à dire", a cover of the Rolling Stones’ "Time is on my side" is an instant hit. Les Bel-Air will tour extensively before launching their second hit single "Ils parlaient dans mon dos". Then, in 1966, les Bel-Air switch to country music with songs such as "Maman” and “Restons ainsi". The hit song "Marchant dans la plaine ", brings them province-wide success in the Fall of 1967. In 1969, the song "Cupidon", sells over 100,000 copies.
