Biography

Don Karnage, born in Montreal, Canada to Haitinan parents, is a singer-songwriter. At age 21 he was the big winner of the first edition of the Contest Opus '99 in Laval, QC. His first album was a hip-hop one and the single ''Don One'' was very well received by the young audience. Another song ''El Kompa'' was also very succesfull among all ages. The style of the second album Bouge was regarded as a Haitian Lambada. He was the spokesperson for the Canadian Program "Participation" of The Trans Canada Trail and for ''Secondaire en Spectacle'' a project that took place in all secondary schools in QC, Canada.
