Biography
Didier Barbelivien was born in Paris on the 10 of March 1954. He is a French author, lyricist, songwriter and singer. Beginning in the 1970s, he wrote a number of successful songs for artists such as: Dalida, Johny Halliday, Michel Sardou, Mireille Mathieu, Garou and among others.
In the 1980s and 1990s, he enjoyed popular success singing his own songs, many of which climbed quickly to the top of the French charts of the era. In the 1990’s he sung several titles with his great friend Felix Gray and they had so much success all around the world.
Finally, he records his last album known until now: “États des Lieux”. And in 2009 he was made: Le Chevalier of the Légion d’Honneur.
