Biography

Claude Dubois - Singer-songwriter, born in Montréal on 24 Apr 1947. He began his career at 12 in the country-western band Les Montagnards, with whom he recorded the LP Claude Dubois et ses montagnards in 1959. Dubois was an early star of the francophone musical Starmania. He was a vocalist in the Canadian famine relief song "Tears Are Not Enough" and was nominated Most Promising Male Vocalist at the Juno Awards of 1985. Claude Dubois is considered as one of the great Quebecois artists for more than 40 years. Besoin pour vivre is among of his best hits
