Brooks & Dunn, is an American country music duo, consisting of Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn. The songwriters have produced 16albums during their collaboration. It is the director Tim DuBois that brought them together in 1990. Of the 50 simple they launched, 20became # 1 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs and 19 have reached the top 10. Their sound is described by Steve Huey as a mixture of rock - combining honky tonk dance rhythms and pop ballad. They are also well known for their high-energy concerts.They separated 10 August 2009.
