Biography

Bernard Harvie, singer and song-writer born on July 29th, 1944 at Fatima (Îles de la Madeleine,Québec). He started to sing country music at 15 and he would play with his friends at family reunions. After working various jobs in Montréal, he forms his first band called: Les NewBen and perfomes under that name for several years. He eventualy creates another band with his daughter Nadine, called "Bernard Harvie et les Belhumeur" The song Madelinot is one of his best hits.
